Providing marketing and sales advice for the sale of serviced land throughout the duration of a development.
THE SITE / LOCATION
The 521-acre site, to the west of Waterlooville in South Hampshire is surrounded by farmland, river and a nature reserve and is a major new housing development for the area.
OUR ROLE
We were instructed by the master developer to provide support throughout the planning process, particularly with regard to the s106. Our role has continued since to maximise the revenue generated from the sale of serviced residential development land in supporting the delivery of this new community.
THE OUTCOME
Rosehill Advisors has sold serviced land parcels accommodating over 500 homes over the last two years. Simon continues to advise on sales and marketing with some 1,000 units remaining, as well as affordable housing valuation advice to the client’s “For Profit” RP.
