THE SITE / LOCATION
The site is ideally located in central Reading; bordered by the River Thames to the north & east and the Tesco Extra superstore to the west. The town centre, Reading train station and University of Reading are all within walking distance.
OUR ROLE
Planning advice recommended a high density residential-led scheme. We are presently advising upon the pricing, marketing and disposal strategy of the site, as well as agreeing conditions that won’t impact the day-to-day operations of the store.
THE OUTCOME
The site is currently being prepared for market.
