Overview

We were engaged to act as project managers for the restoration of three derelict but Listed cottages within the grounds of a Grade I listed manor house.

OUR ROLE

The client lived abroad and was kept up to date by the team with daily photographs and updates. For this project, the client chose a smaller scale contractor who required greater input in terms of design choices, thus our team proposed the necessary finishes which were then signed off by the client.
