Overview

Rosehill Advisors acts as Clerk to the Trustees and managing agent of this small rural charitable housing organisation which also owns several commercial properties in the local market town.

OUR ROLE

We manage the shops, offices, houses and flats in town to provide an income to support the trustees’ charitable objectives including the execution of those objectives; visiting the residents, arranging gardening, lifeline monitoring, TV licenses and other matters as well as dealing with any property issues arising.

We regularly refit almshouses with full modern insulation and air source heat pumps. As Clerk to the Trustees, we also offer a full bureau service, via the Chairman.
